Needle's Eye Ministries, Inc. is an interdenominational nonprofit whose aim is to see the Richmond marketplace transformed through Christians living out their faith at work. NEM provides resources to thousands of Richmond professionals, inspiring and equipping Christians to become a source of hope and be "salt and light" at work, home and in the community. Their strategy is to work supportively with individuals, small groups and wider professional groups and audiences to:

1. Provide Christ-centered biblical training.

2. Support and build vibrant small groups through mentoring, counseling and training.

3. Facilitate networking that brings tangible benefits to men and women in career transition.

4. Equip young professionals with resources to find their identity, calling and purpose.

5. Share the Good News of what God is doing in the workplace.

6. Promote the concept of marketplace ministry with local churches.

Over 60 small groups meet regularly throughout the work week to grow closer to Christ through their fellowship, Bible study, prayer and community, and focus on bringing Christ into their workplaces.

These groups include all-women, all-men, coed, career transition, young professionals, and semi-retired/retired men, as well as the Christian Presidents group and Executive Dialogue.
