CrossOver Health Care Ministry

CrossOver Healthcare Ministry’s mission is to provide high quality healthcare, promote wellness, and connect community talents and resources with people in need in the name of Jesus Christ. CrossOver serves over 7,000 low-income patients each year; we are the largest and most comprehensive free and charitable clinic in the state of Virginia. CrossOver provides a medical home to patients, offering an innovative integration of health services under one roof, including primary and specialty care, chronic disease management, medication and medications management, dental, vision, and mental health counseling.

We are the only free clinic in the Richmond area with a licensed on-site pharmacy and the only one with a full-spectrum obstetrics program alongside pediatric care for families. Volunteers are at the heart of CrossOver’s work; over 500 dedicated volunteers contribute over 33,000 hours of service toward CrossOver's mission to care for our neighbors each year.
