Almost 13 million people are believed to have fled their homes in Ukraine since the conflict began, according to the United Nations. Several of you met the Veremchuk family who fled Ukraine and entered the US as Humanitarian Parole on May 1. The Veremchuks are friends of some of our covenant partners, and served as missionaries in Russia.

Let’s help them get settled in their new home in the States. Daniil and Yulia have 9 children, ranging from 1 to 21 years old and are currently staying at The Christian Arabic Church (CAC) in Goochland. CAC members regularly bring groceries to them, and they have been enjoying the grounds, the prayer walk trail, the outdoor pavilion, and playsets. We are still looking for a rental home for them. We have a potential lead, but still welcome long-term rental options.

• Donate Furnishings and Household Items – We are beginning to collect all the items needed to furnish a rental home and hope to have the Veremchuk family into a house in July.
