Relationships in Peace: Conflict Coaching Seminar

Conflict Coaching Seminar
February 19-20, 2016
Both days 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Register HERE.

In this training event, you will learn aspects of effective conflict coaching, including gathering data, assigning homework, and applying Scripture to the heart.  You will learn to provide encouragement, godly advice, and prayer support to an individual who is struggling with a conflict. You will be equipped to coach an individual to go one-on-one to the other party of the conflict to settle differences, just between the two of them, using a personal peacemaking response (overlooking, discussion, or negotiation).  Even if you were never to coach another person, this training equips you to coach yourself through a difficult relationship situation by learning what the Bible says about how to process through a conflict.

Preparation for this training is through Peacemaker Ministries:  you must read The Peacemaker by Ken Sande or complete the Resolving Everyday Conflict bible study. Additionally, you will need to complete the Conflict Coaching Self-Study course at Peacemaker University. You will receive an enrollment key and access information for this online course after you complete your registration for the live training event.
