TO BE MADE WELL BOOK STUDY

Multipurpose Room, 500 Forest Avenue

How do I trust God’s healing and hope in the face of my personal and our social brokenness? Join a discussion in a safe and authentic environment as we seek to find answers to this question by engaging Amy Julia Becker’s recent book To Be Made Well and taking a deep dive into Mark 5 and stories of Jesus’s healing encounters.

PSALMS: WISDOM OF GOD FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

Led by David Carroll and David Skove

Join us for expository Bible teaching as we will be studying selected Psalms in a search for the ways of Wisdom as taught by God throughout the Bible. This study hopes to provide us with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding presented throughout scriptures that can be applied to our everyday issues and problems.

THE PATTERN & PATHWAYS OF DISCIPLESHIP

Choir Room
Led by Drew Cleveland

"Discipleship" is a term often used so broadly we may struggle to know what to do with it. Yet Jesus commands us to 'go and make disciples'. What might that look like at Third Church and beyond? Discipleship is an unending practice of learning to live life with God and for others. It is a path for the new and curious as well as the steadfast saints. This class is for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the person, pattern and way of Jesus and to gain a vision for how you might take the next step of faith.

EXPLORING JONAH

Do you long for encouragement and a time in the Word? Have you been wanting to get back into a rhythm or looking for a place to explore Scripture with others? All are welcome to participate in this accessible and energetic class as it engages the book of Jonah as a community.
