We will be holding a congregational meeting on November 16 at 12:15 p.m. in our Sanctuary for the purpose of:

• Electing governing and parish elders, deacons, and trustees;

• Electing the Nominating Committee for 2026;

• Sharing an update on Renew project financing.

Previously, our meetings have also included a vote on the changes in call (salary adjustments) for pastors, but this is no longer required by ECO polity.

The meeting will be held immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service. We will live stream the meeting so that those who cannot attend can observe the meeting but voting will only be available to those present in-person at the meeting.

In preparation of the meeting, we ask that you do the following:

1. Review the incoming officers up for election.

2. Be prepared to vote!
