This is "opening day" for the fall fishing season at Escatawba, and by that date the fish will not have seen a fly or a fly fisherman for four months. Wrap you brain around that – not a fly for four long months. Forget UVa or Va Tech football games – this should be an epic day on the water! The rod fee is $125. We will limit the number of attendees to 12 fly fishers, so let me know ASAP at dskove@aol.com if you want to come. You will pay the rod fee at Escatawba on the day of the trip.
