Visiting a new church can be a little uncomfortable as you figure out where to go and how to plug in.
We hope to make this as easy for you as possible
!

Where should I park?
We recommend parking in one of two parking lots—either the top floor of the parking deck, or the bottom. However, regardless of where you enter the main mall building, you will be able to walk to find our space!

  1. Coming from Parham, turn onto Holly Hill road by the Panera.

  2. Bear right to enter the top level of the parking garage (the construction for the new Goddard School will be on your right) and wind around to park at the far right mall entrance by the apartment building.

  3. Our space is immediately inside the mall entrance on the left.

Where should a visitor go, once I’ve parked?
If you’re heading straight to a service, make your way to our sanctuary worship space on the second floor! If you come in on the second floor, you can’t miss it. It’s just beyond our doors. If you come in on the first floor, take the escalator upstairs. We have ushers ready to greet you there. They can assist you in finding anything else you may need, including a seat!

If you want to drop your children first though, we recommend heading downstairs first so you will be closer to the dedicated kids’ space just beyond the Welcome Desk.

Do you have Sunday school classes for adults?
Yes! They rotate on a 6-week block basis, so be sure to check out our Sunday School page for the latest offerings!

What should I wear to Sunday services?
Dress in whatever is most comfortable to you. While some will be in coat-and-tie or dresses, others will be dressed in jeans or something more casual.

When does Communion happen?
We celebrate Communion together as a congregation on the first Sunday of the month. All who acknowledge their need for the grace of Christ are welcome to participate.

How will I fit in at Third?
We are a multi-generational church desiring to create a hospitable place of belonging for every type of person. We hope that this is a place-- regardless of your economic status, race, marital status-- that you can encounter God, build community, and take part in God's great work of renewing all things.

What are your services like?
Our worship services bring together music and liturgical resources from our Reformed heritage as well as contemporary worship practices. Musically, you can expect a combination of praise songs and hymns, led by instruments ranging from guitar to organ to mandolin to cello to accordion.

Where do I go with my kids?
It depends! We have nursery care for kids kindergarten and younger during both services. Then, during the school year, we have Sunday school for all kids (through high school!) at 10:00 a.m. For the full list of room locations and more details, check out our Sunday Morning Family Ministry page.

Also, please know that we always encourage families to bring their children into worship so they can learn about worship by participating in it. If your child needs some space, you can step into our Wiggle Room.

Do you have a Wiggle Room?

There will be lots of wiggle spaces at Regency. At the back of the sanctuary on either side, we will have spaces to hang with an infant or if you need to step out of the service for any other reason. You'll still be able to hear worship, but may be just out of eyesight.

If you need more privacy, we have a dedicated family room on the first floor to the right of the Third Kids sign. This is a good option for nursing mothers or if you need to change a diaper as there are diaper changing stations. However, the service is not streamed to this room.
