Once when they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh, Hannah stood up. Now Eli the priest was sitting on his chair by the doorpost of the Lord’s house. In her deep anguish Hannah prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly. And she made a vow, saying, “Lord Almighty, if you will only look on your servant’s misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head.
— 1 Samuel 1:9–11

Shiloh was created to care for the women and men who are grieving the loss of an unborn baby, or longing for a child yet to be conceived.

Shiloh is a place to connect with others who understand the pain and grief you're experiencing.

The group provides support, prayer, and community for all affected by these challenges - husbands, wives, families. This community is equipped to care for you as you need it, be it mobilizing meal delivery or connecting you with a network of people for counsel, emotional support, and mentorship.

If you or someone you know is dealing or has dealt with infertility or loss, we invite you to contact us. We desire to be a safe place of authentic and vulnerable community, so we are committed to respecting your privacy and confidentiality.

If you (or someone you love) have experienced a loss and would like to talk to someone who understands your grief, you can call the church office at (804) 282-4645 and you will be connected with someone to talk to.
