Inspire International equips Christian leaders, churches and organizations in the Indian subcontinent to serve indigenous Christians and unreached peoples in four ways:
Adult Literacy. Primers have been constructed in seven languages and another is currently underway. Last year, 1,514 learners were taught how to read and write.
Children’s Ministry. Inspire International provides Children’s Festivals (Vacation Bible school) in four different language groups at a cost of $2.50 per child. They served over forty thousand children in 2016 and 2017. They also support Christian English schools in India and Myanmar, and sponsor tribal children’s education.
Church Planting. There are multiple plants in five different states. In one North Indian state alone, the 42 house churches established in 2005 have grown to 242 churches.
Health and Community Development. A tailoring unit microenterprise project and several water projects in North India and Myanmar have been completed. They partner with the Emmanuel Hospital Association to provide retreats for medical missionaries, and have an ongoing commitment to Makunda Hospital, where they built a labor ward.
