January Term 2013

One nation under gods: World Religions in America

How should we bear witness to the Gospel in a pluralistic society where truth claims are suspect and tolerance is expected?

Our single topic focus for adult Christian education on Sunday mornings was so popular at J-Term 2012 that we're repeating the format!

This year's flyer.  Invite a friend...or two!

J-Term '13 will feature this thought-provoking topic for all adults at Third Forest Avenue.   Join us in the Sanctuary on January 6, 13, 20 and 27.    All adult classes will meet in the Sanctuary from 9:40-10:40 am.  Refreshments will be served in the Conference Room before and after each session.

Week 1/January 6.   The changing picture of religion in the U.S.  and the rise of the "Nones," the fastest growing group in America who have ideas about God but prefer no religious affiliation.
